Food and Drink

In house cuisine: Breakfast is entirely at the guests’ discretion – full English breakfast with locally sourced bacon and sausages, organic eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms, porridge, a choice of cereals, organic natural yoghurt, homemade jams and marmalades, fresh fruit and fruit juice, toast. Continental breakfast is also available.

If you would like to dine at Fox House, do enquire. With due notice, Susan is delighted to offer a two course supper or three course dinner. Seasonal menus are available on request.

Eating out: The Cotswolds are renowned for the quality and variety of its wonderful gastro pubs. A list of recommended dining places is available and Susan is always delighted to book the destination of your choice.

Susan loves to share her unique Cotswold stone home. With her background in antiques, she has created a wonderfully stylish, fresh and comfortable home in what was, many years' ago, the school house for the quintessential Cotswold village of Holwell.  Holwell is a very small village tucked away to the south west of Burford, one of England's prettiest small medieval market towns.
