Food and Drink
In house cuisine: Start with fresh fruits, Scottish fruit compote with homemade yoghurt and granola, and freshly squeezed orange juice or pressed British apple juice. Then homemade toast, croissants and Scottish oatcakes with homemade jams and marmalade and Scottish honey.
Afternoon tea is served on your day of arrival. Relax in the living room accompanied by Josephine's homemade cake and a cup of tea.
Eating out: Leith is the gourmet 'capital' of Edinburgh. Michelin starred establishments, fabulous seafood bistros and just about every conceivable ethnicity of cuisine are within walking distance of 3 Vanburgh Place.

Your Hosts: Jamie and Josephine Sempill
Jamie, Sempill Clan Chief and specialist tour leader, and Josephine, interior decorator and stylist, have pooled their combined skills to provide a wonderful Edinburgh experience. With so much to do in the city, they will provide advice, should you need it, on what to see, where to eat and how best to get around.
